TERMS & CONDITIONS

General bookings

​

To secure a date, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be advised, dates and scheduled appointments will only be reserved when a deposit is received. Your deposit will be non-refundable if session is cancelled due to date change, change in services, weather, sickness, etc.

 

Late fee

 

A late fee of $25 will be charged for every 15 mins of delay when Client is late for a scheduled appointment time, or if scheduled appointment time exceeds allotted times because of Client delays. This also includes anyone in your booked party. If the Client (and/or bridal party) is late on the event date that time is deducted from the appointment time. If the Artist is not finished at the end of the allotted time because of tardiness, the Artist will have to start the next client. If the Artist has time at the end they will finish the person who was late. The Artist is not responsible for tardiness and unfinished appointment due to the Client being late. This late policy is the same for Trial Runs. This is Non-Negotiable and applies to all booked appointments.

 

Bridal Bookings

To secure a date, a signed contract is required with a 50% deposit due at the time of signing. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a contract has been signed, a deposit is received and there is a minimum 5 person party booked. Your deposit will be non-refundable for reasons including but not limited to; cancellation of wedding, date change, change in services, weather, sickness, etc. The Client responsible for the entire balance of payment is the Client who has signed the booking contract. 

 

Cancellations

Cancellations are preferred a minimum of 2 days prior to the booked date. In the event Client cancels the session less than one week prior to the scheduled date, Client will lose the deposit made to the Artist. Upon payment of the cancellation fee, Client will have no further liability to Artist hereunder. If Artist cancels at any time or be unable to perform her duties for any reason, 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded within two (2) weeks. Client agrees that the refund of 100% of the deposit is the only liability to La Casa Wildflower and all owners, employees, and partners. 

 

Payment

The balance is due on the day of the event as one payment – no exceptions. For Bridal Bookings, the person responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person who has signed the booking contract. Acceptable forms of payment are: cash, interact e-transfers and credit card (as of January 2019).

 

Liability

​

All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application.  Any skin/hair condition should be reported by the client to the Artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test may be performed on the skin to test reaction. The Client agrees to release the Artist, at La Casa Wildflower, from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
